3. Trade Partner & Referral Guidelines

Plumbers, insurance adjusters, property managers, and trade contractors participating in the Elements of Restoration Referral Program must provide authentic project information. Referral fees and priority dispatch arrangements are disbursed in accordance with written partner agreements following project qualification and carrier verification.

4. Scope of Restoration & Emergency Services

Emergency water extraction, fire mitigation, smoke remediation, and structural drying operations are executed based on on-site inspection protocols and IICRC industry standards. Elements of Restoration works directly with property owners and insurance carriers to establish emergency mitigation scopes prior to structural rebuild execution.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elements of Restoration and its licensed subcontractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen environmental contamination, pre-existing structural defects, or carrier coverage denials. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
